Where are we?
The Cook Islands are an island nation. They are located in the South Pacific Ocean.
They sit halfway between Hawaii and New Zealand in the Polynesian Triangle. The country features 15 islands spread across 2.2 million square kilometres of ocean, with the capital, Avarua, located on the main island of Rarotonga.
